Inmobiliaria Vista Colorada
1. Acceptance of Terms
By contracting any of the services offered by Inmobiliaria Vista Colorada, the Client expressly accepts these Terms and
Conditions. If the Client does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from contracting the services.
2. Purpose
Inmobiliaria Vista Colorada offers administrative consulting services, including but not limited to: process optimization,
strategic planning, business alliances, B2B model design, manual development, cost analysis, performance
management, among others.
3. Contracting and Services
• Services will be provided according to the scope agreed upon in writing through a proposal, contract, or quotation
signed by both parties.
• Delivery times, fees, payment conditions, and responsibilities will be specifically defined for each engagement.
• Any modification must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
4. Client Obligations
• Provide truthful, complete, and updated information necessary for the proper provision of the service.
• Comply with payments within the agreed deadlines.
• Actively collaborate in the service development through meetings, feedback, and the delivery of required materials.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding technical, financial, strategic, or any other type of information
accessed during the provision of services. This obligation will remain in force even after the commercial relationship has
ended.
6. Intellectual Property
All deliverables, documents, diagnostics, strategies, and tools developed by Inmobiliaria Vista Colorada shall remain
the intellectual property of the company, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The Client shall have the right to exclusive
use for internal purposes only.
7. Limitation of Liability
Inmobiliaria Vista Colorada shall not be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use,
interpretation, or application of the recommendations provided. Total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by
the Client for the contracted service.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
• The Client may cancel the service at least 7 business days in advance. In case of cancellation, a charge
corresponding to the progress of the service will apply.
• No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
9. Duration and Termination
The contracted services will have the duration agreed upon by both parties. Either party may terminate the contract
early with justified cause and written notice.
10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
This agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of Baja California Sur and Mexico. For the resolution of
disputes, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Los Cabos.
11. Modifications to the Terms
Inmobiliaria Vista Colorada reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will
be available on the official website or communicated to the Client through electronic means.
